By accessing or using Audex, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

2. License Grant

Audex grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the audit platform in accordance with your subscription plan.

3. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the service for illegal or fraudulent activities
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
• Automate access without official API authorization

4. Intellectual Property

All technology, interfaces, algorithms, and software are the exclusive property of Audex. Audit reports may be used internally by customers for compliance and decision-making.

5. Limitation of Liability

Audex is not liable for business decisions made based on audit outputs, even though the system is designed for >99.7% accuracy.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.
